SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping and returns on orders over $150 within the Continental United States. All delivery options will be displayed at checkout. Please note: Deliveries  Customer orders are dispatched from the warehouse Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
Tracking information will be sent once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
  • Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, & U.S. Territories. Please allow additional time for delivery to these destinations.
  • Expedited and Rush Shipping are not available to APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes. Orders to these destinations will be shipped via USPS Ground.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipping costs vary by the destination country and the weight of your order. All shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

All import duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and these costs are included in the final purchase price. You will not need to pay additional customs charges on arrival of your package. 

Please note that we do not offer free returns for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of any returned items and any duties & taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to make any changes to your order please contact customer service as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS (Continental US only)
Returns can be made in store or online. All exchange and return items must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Items marked “Final Sale”, “Final Markdown”, or “Clearance” are non-returnable. Please ensure all other items are returned new, unused in their original packaging and with all Hhagkl and any other designer garment tags still attached. 
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns.

 

 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase or online order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once received at our Returns Department. Please note that refunds issued back to your credit card usually take up to 5 business days to be acknowledged by your bank.
